Please complete ALL THREE steps to complete the registration process:
1. Coaches - Complete the online team registration: LINK
(this lets us plan for which schools plan to bring teams and how many).

2. Coaches - Complete the team checklist (two options below).
(this helps us know which students are coming from which school)

1. Please make a copy and download, complete, and email ([email protected]) a copy.
2. Complete it online.

3. Parents/Guardians/Participants - Complete the release form below.
(this is required of ALL students participating)
