Cookies, Cocoa, and Coding

Cookies, Cocoa, and Coding - Dec. 4th

Students and parents are invited to come to The Citadel on Saturday, December 4, 2021 for coding tutorials and yummy treats including cookies, cocoa and coffee. This FREE event is open to students in grades K-12 and aims to provide students with hands-on computing opportunities. Students will use Code.org’s tutorials in order to practice computer science concepts and skills.
We will have different options this year, in-person and virtual.
  • Read about the in-person details here.
Register here for the in-person event!

Can't make it in person but still want to participate?

This year The Citadel is offering a virtual option or can send teachers a classroom set of the lesson of their choice.
1. Here is the link to the virtual Cookies, Cocoa, and Coding

2.  If you would like to teach a hands-on lesson, you can complete this form and The STEM Center will mail you a classroom set of the lesson of your choice.
Please note - These sets are limited so they will be sent on a first come, first serve basis. You must complete the form by November 22.
