Learning to Lead CS (L2L-CS) supports rural South Carolina teachers in becoming leaders in computer science education. This 5-year National Science Foundation (NSF) project provides teachers with mentorship, graduate coursework, and comprehensive Praxis preparation—including study support, practice exams, and free registration—while equipping them to implement computer science curriculum in their classrooms and make a long-term impact on students.

To participate, teachers must:
- Teach computer science in a South Carolina public school
- Hold a Master’s degree
- Actively participate in all L2L-CS professional learning activities
- Implement L2L-CS content in their classrooms
- Complete one online graduate course per semester
- Commit to the full 5-year program
