The STEM Center at The Citadel has partnered with SC CSTA and the South Carolina Department of Education to provide hands-on computer science training for K–12 teachers across the state.
Each summer, we host CSPD Week, a week-long professional development event where teachers can select workshops tailored to their classroom needs. CSPD Week offers training for all experience levels, from beginner coding to advanced programming and AI integration. Participants gain practical skills, ready-to-use lesson ideas, and connections to a supportive network of educators.
